At Floway Water Bottles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email our support team at info@flowaywater.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Item – Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Your Return – Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- 10% restocking fee
Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, let us know immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund the cost of the product once it is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)
- Customized or engraved bottles
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
